Our services consist of installing, piping out, inspecting, and maintaining fire suppression systems, and automatic sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge). T.J. Piping & Heating, Inc. is ready to handle emergencies of any enormity. Our technician have the experience to immediately assess damages or problems and decide what is required to resolve the situation.

Clearing Fire Suppression Violations We clear fire suppression violations. We are NYC Fire department certified. All work documented and kept on file for all necessary mishaps. T.J. Piping & Heating, Inc is certificate holders of Certificate of Fitness, which is required by law by NYC Fire department.

T.J. Piping & Heating, Inc. does a lot of work for government agencies and other public and private organizations, such as school districts, port authorities, warehouses, hospitals, churches and more. Much of the work currently comes from word-of-mouth contacts from customers who have been happy with the company’s work.

T.J. Piping & Heating, Inc. strives to make each and every project a success. The owner started this journey with his knowledge of the construction trade gained over a period of 20 years in both public and private sectors. He is a hands-on contractor on each job and makes it his duty to accomplish each job on a prompt schedule as requested.
Mr. Jackman is a licensed master fire suppression and home improvement contractor. The company is licensed and insured and does work in sprinkler fitting, general construction, steamfitting, welding, steam hydraulic, fabrication, sprinkler piping, and HVAC piping and drafting. The owner can fabricate any piping for different types of systems, along with performing Hydrostatic and Air Pressure Tests. He is qualified in this field and has many years of experience in this area.
The staff is very responsible and a great job is guaranteed.
